I would try twisting the case a little. No, really.
It's funny, one of the things I like about my A21p is that its case is just
a bit flexible--if I put it on a surface that isn't quite flat, it flexes
enough to get all four feet down. My TP600 has a much stiffer case, so I put
a few sheets of post-it note under one foot to level it.

That's normal. You'll eventually get used to it.

Bump it to 384 as long as you're at it. For video and photo editing, you
want lots of memory! It's less than $100 to put in a 256Mb piece.
