Hello matt,

can you point me with url where I can find that update and how to disable
checking for any tasks on mapped drives.

Also I played a little bit with my TP and installed Win98. I did not have
this problem with WIn98.
This led me to the IRQs.
In Win2000 I checked conflicts/sharing and found out that on IRQ9 I have
Video, Audio and PCMCIA with NIC.
Because I do not need parallel and serial port I disabled them (from TP
Utility because it is not possible trough BIOS) to free some of the IRQs but
TP anyway is putting all three on IRQ9.and IRQ 2, 3 and 11 are free.

Do somebody know how to change IRQs when in Device Manager this option is
disabled (I have administrative permission)

TIA,

Gordan
