They should honor the warranty, but I've found in general that ALL the 600 batteries
kind of suck. The one I have now is working pretty well, considering it's the third one they've
sent out (they've also sent out 2 Ultraslimbay batteries, which give me an extra hour of time).
So long as you fax IBM a proof of purchase, they'll honor the warranty. I do have gripes on that however,
as they're suppoesd to replace my Selectadock III, which I still haven't recieved after faxing
in my warranty several times to their VOPS (Voice Operations). That department has got to
be the least organized.
