I would just start downloading and installing the latest IBM drivers (I
assume you have access to downloading them because you were able to send
e-mail from somewhere). Wouldn't you rather have the latest drivers
anyway? Sure, it will take a little more manual effort, but your system
will end up in better shape in the end.

Don't worry about the NIC card, Win2K should find it and install the
correct drivers. If it doesn't, then you'll need to install them as you
did the first time you installed the card.
