There has been a recent thread about not leaving the battery in when
connected with AC. Those in favor of leaving it in suggested it was
comforting because it functioned as a UPS.
My wife's TP600X is in a docking station and the AC power for the dock is
plugged into a UPS (as is her desktop monitor). Therefore, the battery is
not needed for backup in case of a power outage. SO -what to do with the
battery?
How about in a double baggy and in the bottom shelf of the refrigerator?
OR - In my wine cellar (an old disconnected refrigerator in the garage)
along with my printer ink cartridges, and, of course, wine. Any other
suggestions?
