600E Floppy connector cover

I need a replacement cover for the floppy drive connector on the 600E (the
rubber door that's held on to the case with double-sticky tape). IBM seems
to only sell all the doors on the machine as a kit for $71.25 (!). Does
anyone have any spares in stock for sale?
