This machine is new and has not received any incoming email so its
definitely not a virus... I have full updated NAV on this machine as
well... its an IBM application, I just cant figure out what it is

first thing to check is for a virus or a worm..
then use task manager to see what the path is to the app that offends..

i have been getting many many many KLEZ worms for weeks..
if you open attachments without virus checking first, well....
