[T23] Kingston PC133 RAM...compatible? Better deals?

I found Kingston RAM, 512MB PC133 144 pin CL3 SODIMM, Kingston Part # KVR133X64SC3L/512, for $185 at memorysuppliers.com.

I'm not sure I understand if "low density" and "7.5ns" matter.
I also would like a second opinion on whether this RAM will work with my T23.
And, finally, is there a chance I'd find a better price on non-generic RAM somewhere else?

(When using the "system memory selector" at the same site, it only points to Kingmax RAM, and doesn't find any suitable 512MB units.)

Thanks! Someday when my T23 finally arrives (I've been waiting weeks), I'll give a review of it.
