Sure they could. If that was a concern, they could always sell
it to a parent of animephreak. Simple.
(I'll also point out that it isn't a matter of legality--it's entirely
legal to sell to a minor. There could be a problem if paying
by CC, etc, but it is not inheriently illegal to do that. I've done
so in the past with zero problems.)
