Hello,
I have NT 4.0 sp6a with all of the latest IBM drivers except the video
driver (the latest version doesn't work properly). I installed the driver
for the HP 7500E CD burner and my external floppy drive stopped working.
Does anyone know why this happened? Now I'm afraid to install it again.
I'm using the driver that the seller gave to me on CD.
Oddly, when I'm at home using Windows 95 on my old home machine (not a TP)
with my 7500E everything is fine. So the CD is okay. (Yeah, I think it's
strange that they gave me a CD to install my CD burner -- fortunately I have
a CD reader). It does have an NT install that it uses.
All I would like to do is backup all of my files.
