Vidcap should be a good choice.
I've never been able to get Virtualdub to work
anywhere at all but Vidcap32 will always work on any
computer as long as the drivers for the video capture
card are loaded. If you run it and get an error
message saying "Capture device was not detected", go
into Options and see if you can choose the correct one
at the bottom of the window. If it still doesn't work
the drivers are not working or are the wrong drivers
for the video source. Then when it's working go again
to Options and check Preview to see live video.
