Ok, I've tried this under Windows 3.1 and under Windows 95. the
driver is listed under Multimedia. The Vidcap software seems to find the
driver, but the video capture device doestn' seem to be picking up
anything. All I get is a blank image, instead of a n image of the source.
Neither video in or video out are working.
Has the video capture board died? Can anyone think of anything else
I can try? I've tried a few different IRQs. Didn't work.
