I used Connected Online Backup but have never needed to retrieve a
serious quantity of files. The main advantage over Ghosting the HD
(which is also a good idea and I should get a second HD and do it)
is that it makes all old versions (that's I've backed up) available
for retrieval, so its function is slightly different from Ghosting.
