That's just a standard mounting screw that goes into
one of the metric threaded holes in the drive. Every
computer cabinet sold comes with about 20 of them in a
little plastic envelope. Most computer shops have
thousands of them all over the place and on the floor
too. If you ask they will probably give you a hand
full. Use the shortest one so it doesn't bottom out.
It won't have a fancy head like the IBM part but it's
free.
