Hello,

I believe IBM manufactured an OEM version of the Travelstar 12GN drive
(DARA-209000) which was 8GB "raw" size, and formatted to about 7.8GB.

I installed one of these in a Ricoh Magio (IBM ThinkPad 235-like)
notebook which has an 8GB limitation for hard drives in its BIOS.

Regards,
