open lid.. remove battery..
remove three (or so) screws on the bottom, marked by two small and adjacent
triangles (arows)..
press upward on exposed bottom of mouse buttons inside battery compartment..
VIOLA!! keyboard will pop off..
reverse procedure to replace and press down on edges to seat the tabs on the
edges of the keyboard..
your problem is probably that one side or the other hase popped up or was
not properly seated in the first place..
