[Dock I/II] Anyone have SCSI device install kit 66G3538

While cleaning out my closet, I found a couple of perfectly good SCSI hard
disks and realized that they could be used nicely in a Dock I or II with the
help of the SCSI Internal Device Installation Kit, IBM part number 66G3538.
This doesn't seem to be available from IBM. Does anyone have one that you
want to get rid of?
