Hey, I'm interested in your experience fixing this problem. I have
a T23 with the same problem. For me it only happens maybe a couple
of times a day, and I can make the flickering go away by moving
the display slightly. If I just leave the thinkpad on my desk I
never have a problem.
I would like to take it apart and re-seat the cable before sending
it back to IBM for warranty repair, but I'm a little hesitant as well.
The manual seems quite good, a little daunting at first, but it
doesn't look like you need any crazy special tools to open it up.
