I think Steve will have to focus on 2 things: (1) it was *not* a biohazard,
they are overreacting, and (2) that a minor coke or coffee spill like this
(if he does decide the spill was his fault) shouldn't void the whole
warrantee - if they insist it does, try to get them to put it in writing,
and point out that people mainly buy IBM for the service rep, and that such
fragile warrantee protection will lose them customers.
