This voiding of warranty problem puts us all at risk. We should not lose
our warranty for an unknown cause or a spill... when it is not even
related to the repair.

Abuse is one thing. Unrelated "dirt" is another. Perhaps some things
should be paid for by the owner, but the warranty should NOT be voided,
and the repair should not be denied.

If anybody can figger out with whom we should write letters at IBM and
EZserve, I will do my part in expressing anger and frustration for
another stoopid policy.
