well, ok..
the "sue the bastards" was a reaction taken with less than the full story..
IBM is guilty of extreme insensitivity..
industrial strength mis-communication..
here is a case of a small coffee or coke spill that escalated into WW 4..
the owner was treated like a DELL owner and the Mike guy was dumber than a
man-hole cover..
the A30p owner needs an apology and some real communication with IBM..
this whole thing is an unfortunate incident..
and should never have been handled like this..
