[Thinkpad] [365X] Easy Setup Problem

Hello!

After long time not looking into the Easy Setup, I wanted to change the
system time. So, I reboot my 365X pressing F1, the Easy Setup screen
appears, and... the icons "Password" and "Boot Sequence" are grayed out
and I can't use them! How come that's possible? What do I need to do to
reenable them? I used them before and they always worked Can you please
help me?
