Can you post the contact/number/division of IBM that finally got
this fixed? It always helps to have such info so that in the future when
faced with a similar issue, we can piggie-back on your legwork.
I know when I sent in my T20 for a repair of a crack in the
casing, it helped immensely that 3 other people on this list had the
*exact* problem in the *exact* same place, so I was able to reference their
cases to support my assertion that it was an engineering problem, not a
user-abuse problem.
