[Thinkpad] 240X Max Memory??

Hi,

I've got a 240x (2609-51U). Currently is has a 128m sodimm in it bringing
the total memory to 192mb. According to all docs I can find this is the
max amount of memory this unit can have. Not sure if this max is a space
limitation or a memory addressing issue.

Has anyone tried anything higher?? Looking to possibly put in a 256 or
maybe a 512.
