Thanks Mark,

I found the problem. As soon as I uninstalled McAfee Anti Virus the
problem went away. I installed eTrust Anti Virus and everything is
fine now.

To answer your question: After it booted up normal when the
problem was occurring it would find the network drivers with no
problem.
