I just received my TP570E back from EasyServ.
Repair, under warranty, was requested on Thursday
afternoon and the pre-paid shipping box was received
Friday afternoon.
The unit was sent in for repair on Tuesday afternoon
from Connecticut and returned on Friday morning!
The requested repair was for a stess crack in the
keyboard bezel, on the lower right side, just above
the PCMCIA slots.
There was no problem having this repaired under warranty.
