Great buy? Sure sounds like it, assuming it is the same service that
comes with the warranty. Anybody know?
As for the cost, however, they know more about support costs than we
do and I suspect this reflects experience. I have perhaps a dozen
that I take care of and only two or three a year go back. That isn't
out of line on cost.
