Just quick update .
got both rebates !

End result ....I was paid $49 ( tax ate $11 )

note that the $30 rebate did take a 2 minute phonce call to fix , since I send a photocopy of the UPC , not the original .

If anyone wants Peachtree 2003, I sell you my copy for $49 ...shipping included .
