[Thinkpad] How to remove DVD/CD drive 'faceplate'

Hi,

I'm attempting microsurgery to replace the DVD drive in my A21p with a
Samsung CD-RW/DVD drive from a Dell Latitude C610. It seems pretty
straightforward to remove the plastic housing components from the TP
drive to fit them on the Dell drive. However, I can't seem to get the
'faceplate' (drive tray front plate - the thing with the eject button)
off the TP drive. I only found one screw (bottom side, middle) that
appears to hold the thing on, but it is still stuck tight. Any advice
on how to remove it would be appreciated!!

On a side note: Once I get the Samsung CD-RW into the TP, what will I
need to do for drivers? I'm running Win2K on both systems. Can I just
get the Dell drivers and use them on the TP?
