[Thinkpad] T20 Power On

Hi,

I have a strange problem with my T20.

My T20 is entering to night in "Hybernation".
To day i press any key for stay up, no response, After +/- 5sec the TP stop
completly.
I press power on button, the led power flash and TP not start.
I have removed, battery, power ac, memory, miniPci card,battry backup and
waiting 10min.
I insert only the memory and try, no change.
I have checked the battery backup, is 3.06V (normal good).

Any person a Idea for what my TP not power on.
