Thanks for the quick reply. I see one screw next to the IBM logo
(under a stick screw-cover), do I need to take that off? The
diagram seems to imply the shim plate just comes off, since there
are no screws involved in step 2. What screw(s) do I actually want
to remove, and what's the safest way to remove (a) the shim plate,
and (b) the keyboard and bezel?
