Stupid question, as I know next to nothing about the wifi abilities
of the T23, but could it be that the antenna is not connected? I
am making an assumption here, that the T23 has an antenna
like my A31p does, which is on the sides of the display.

Not having the antenna connected means that it would work,
but is nearly 'deaf'. I would check that out. Even if the connections
look good, take them off and connect them again.

RF is weird. I've seen connections which have looked OK, but
magically weren't, and reseathing things made a huge difference.

Anyway, just a thought. The range of quality of these wifi cards
is pretty amazing. Lots of places have little idea of how to deal
with microwave RF.
