[Thinkpad] 760 does NOT see red

I've had this 760ED for over three years - P-133 with mwave audio, 64
meg.

It just stopped sending any red output to the monitor plugged into the
back of the machine.

I've tried different monitors, it's not the monitor, and the image on
the built-in LCD is fine.

Anything that is supposed to be red just comes out as black on the CRT.

Same problem with or without the docking adapter so it's not the
connector.

Never had a computer do this before. Any ideas are welcome.
