[Thinkpad] [TP 600] CPU Upgrade

Hi all,

I own a TP 600 model 2645-41U with a PII 233 MHz cpu.

I'd like to upgrade the CPU to a 300, 333 or 350 MHz.

I know that the CPU I need is a MMC-1 CPU.

Could you tell me more ?

(In fact, I'd like to know if the CPU I need is a Intel Pentium II Mobile.)

Is there a real difference between the PII 233 and the PII 300 ?
