[Thinkpad] Please help - error "111 ?????" during/or after POST (Thinkpad 600X)

Hello,
I would appreciate any help in solving my problem.

My ThinkPad 600X starts and finishes the memory test. (Ok is displayed)
Additionaly to the memory test results, IBM and ThinkPad appears on the dispaly ( on oposite screen corners). Then screen is blank for a second.
And next is this:
 111
?????
in the top left corrner.
I assume is an error messsage.
I do not have Floppy drive - but my hard disk is good (and bootable) formated on the different laptop.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
