Sent in a T21 with a blotchy screen on Sat (Mon AM delivery). Two things on
one RMA number (they also sent me a new hard drive rather than have EZSERV
do it). Case# messed up, lost a day to assign new case #
Called Tuesday 12:00 - Parts Hold, no ETA on LCD
Checked the website at 11:45 Tues Evening
MACHINE REPAIRED AND ON THE WAY BACK. TRACKING NUMBER GIVEN
IBM IS FREAKING AWESOME (But that's why we're here, right?)
