[Thinkpad] Looking for lightweight but well padded laptop case

After a week of fine tuning my newly arrived G3U T40p (for what it's
worth, it's an exceptional machine, considering I upgraded from a 97U
T30), I packed it up for its first outing. After a full day carrying
around my laptop, I painfully aware that my IBM premium leather laptop
case is way too heavy to carry everywhere. Seems as my laptops get
thinner and lighter, my case feels heavier and heavier.

I'm looking for something equally well padded, in a shoulder briefcase
style that is much thinner and lighter than the IBM one.

Any recommendations?
