[Thinkpad] [T20] Won't stay suspended

Hi there,
Every time I suspend my T20(2647-itu), it powers down the HDD, turns off the display, and everything is OK. This is on bat. power BTW. About 7-8mins into the suspend it will resume. I am running Win2K(SP4), all latest drivers. The floppy drive is installed(also does with CDRom in UltraBay), with only LAN, USB, Serial, and Parallel ports enabled, with no connections. Any ideas what is awakening my T20? Checked the BIOS, no set resume time or anything like that.

Also I am still having the recurring problem of extremely slow boots. Takes a very long time(every time) to prompt a logon. Once I'm in Win, everythings OK. Have DHCP enabled on internal NIC with no automatic maps or such shared resources. Would a bootlog help diagnose this problem any? Has been this way ever since I fresh installed, and applied all applicable patches/drivers. The T20 is certified for Win2k(or at least has a sticker that says so), so is even possible it's the drivers? I'd imagine that even updated version are required to pass some sort of 'certification' per model. I would prefer to keep Win2k over 98SE, although if it comes down to it I will wipe 2k. I just had the HDD replaced from EzServe, and it did the same thing before.

Thanks,
-Jamie
