Yes, the X-twenty-something *are* cool! I've had an X22 (w/ WiFi and 640
MB) for about one year. Before that I've been using a 701C, a 560X and a
570E.

The main difference AFAIK has to do with the expansion base: the
twenty-something require an Ultrabase X2 and the thirty-something an
Ultrabase X3. It's a slight PITA for people like me who will eventually
move from an X2x to an X3x.
Also, the X3x has two memory slots, which means you can expand RAM to 1024
MB (2 x 512).
