You can probably buy a 'pre-owned' keyboard e.g. from Bluestar, or from
Bruce.
What has always worked for me is to keep my TPs under IBM maintenance
agreement. Costs about $150 p.a. but they immediately replace anything
that fails; I run about 1-1.5 kbs per year per machine, and one screen
every two years or so. I find this arrangement to be good value.
