The 3Com cards are the best but different models have different abilities
to reawaken.
I am now using a 3C589C which reawakens from suspend. My 3C589B will not
work on OS/2.
You should be able to buy the 3C589C for a few dollars off eBay. I buy
them for about $5 (pulls) at the MIT Amateur Radio Society Flea Market
in Cambridge during the summer.
