[Thinkpad] 600E Port Covers, Anyone?

I received a 600E from an eBay seller with port covers missing. How can I go
about getting replacements for these items and how much they might cost?

- Hard drive bay cover and screw
- Hard drive caddy
- Serial port cover
- Floppy connector cover

And does anyone have a 53W AC adapter (02K6555, 02K6557 or the like) they'd
like to sell?
