Hello,

Have you tried running the custom application under 'Compatibilty
Mode' in Windows XP? This is done by right-clicking on an
application's icon to view the Properties window for it, clicking
on the 'Compatibility' tab and selecting the appropriate operating
system to emulate in the 'Compatibility mode' field.

Further tweaking can be done by downloading the 23-megabyte Windows
Application Compatibility Toolkit v3.0 from Microsoft's web site at
<http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&familyid=7FC46855-B8A4-46CD-A236-3159970FDE94>.
