[Thinkpad] 755-series screen resolution, Dock Hard Drive

Two completely unrelated questions:

1. Does the A/T/R-series Docking Station I (02K8660) accept 12mm notebook
hard drive?

2. Can I anyone tell me what the screen resolution of the 755CDV is? The
spec at ibm.com doesn't say much. I'm thinking of getting a really cheap
one and turn it into a Linux-based digital photo frame. 800x600 would be
nicer than 640x480.
