[Thinkpad] [TP600E] I've got the videoout hardware now what?

        I snagged the video-out card and converter cable on eBay (hey, you
wait long enough, everything becomes cheap and readily available!) and
I'm confident I can install them, but I'm curious how to make the hole
in the case. Does it pop out with a screwdriver, or will I need to
drill it out using the indented marking on my case? I can't recall
anyone mentioning what they did under the circumstances.
