[Thinkpad] 1.17 Aug 22 Thinkpad A30p BIOS regression

Just an FYI:

I experienced a regression on my Thinkpad A30p when I upgraded
from BIOS 1.16 to BIOS 1.17.

Regression symptoms: Thinkpad frequently locks up on resume from suspend.

Solved regression by reverting to the 1.16 BIOS.

System info:

Thinkpad A30p w/384M RAM, 1.2Ghz PIII, floppy drive and DVD/CD-ROM combo
drive, and wireless 802.11b Prism 2.5 chipset mini-PCI card. No bluetooth.

I'm running FreeBSD 5.1-RELEASE using APM (ACPI doesn't work).
