[Thinkpad] "Resetting" 600 Li-Ion Battery Cells

Listers:

I know that I found a link somewhere that shows how to reset the
overtemp switch on the top of the individual Li-Ion cells. I cannot
find this link in my message archives or the Thinkpad Archives. Does
anyone have this link and send it to me?
