Hello,

In order for the Microsoft TweakUI PowerToy for Windows XP to install on
your computer, you must first install Service Pack 1 for Windows XP. The
TweakUI utility won't install without it.

Here are the URLs to download the latest versions of TweakUI and the Service
Pack, respectively:

   TweakUI <http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp>
   SP-1 <http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsXP/pro/downloads/servicepacks/sp1/>

Regards,

Aryeh Goretsky
