Engineering? I know I like well-made equipment, which is what I
liked about my early Thinkpads. I think my Sony Picturebook is a
well-made "gadget", but my 600s are more akin to good tools.
As for motorcycles, you kids need to look into Porsches. I'm
shopping for my 2nd (a 944, which will leave me one more to go the
928). At the least give the Miata a try. Heck, I gave up on
motorcycles in my 20s, after my kid brother took a bad spill and spent
6-months putting his knee back together...
