If you don't want to wait to you can always roll your own.
I've got a 800 MB solid state drive in my 560x and it's great.
Totally silent and noticeably better battery life.
I do have a 512 Mb card in one of the slots as the "D" drive but even
so there's a lot of stuff that didn't make it across from the desktop.
Not bad for $50.

If you want more space and you've got more money you could get a larger
drive, I think they come up to 4 Gb now at about $1k per Gb.
